ESFM Human Resources Director Keisha Mackey joined a panel of key facilities management stakeholders on a webinar hosted by the IFMA Foundation, sharing real-world strategies for engaging new talent, including students, in the industry.

Mackey offered advice for emerging professionals and, for employers, emphasized the importance of offering career development opportunities throughout a person’s career journey. She highlighted ESFM programs for frontline development, mentorship and apprenticeship.
