From initial request through satisfaction survey upon completion, ESFM’s On-Demand Services team provides full value service, managing every step of the process, communicating at service milestones and coordinating onsite services delivery, billing and payment per each client’s unique instructions.

Additional transparency is provided via our proprietary technology platform ESFMx which enables each client and stakeholder to view the status of open and planned services across their real estate portfolio.


We prioritize partnerships with diverse suppliers, capturing Tier 1 and Tier 2 diversity spend information for our clients. Our strategic partner, Thompson Hospitality, engages local and regional companies, providing mentorship and support through the application process to become a certified diverse supplier.

All of the suppliers supporting ESFM’s On-Demand Services must meet the following prerequisites:
