Innovating for Future Challenges

ESFM held its National Meeting in Austin, Texas in January, gathering its senior leaders for a day of development, collaboration and ideation for 2024.

During the session, the team infused some fun with an important exercise of innovating for future challenges through a play on the popular TV show, Shark Tank. ESFM division vice presidents led four teams that shared bold innovations before our sharks — a panel of senior executives. They tackled topics such as labor optimization, AI and robotics.

ESFM operations teams regularly participate in a bi-monthly virtual share-out known as the Innovations Collaborative where they present new solutions and results.
