Frontline Development Program

Our 16-week program allows high-potential hourly team members prepare for salaried managerial roles. It covers core job essentials like operations and finance, hospitality, marketing, facilities management, and wellness. Each student is assigned a mentor who coaches and guides them through their learning experience.

 

Mentorship Program

Team members are plugged into a network of diverse team members who can share their successes and challenges in a safe environment. Mentorship opportunities help aspiring professionals through idea sharing and accountability, allows them to gain senior level exposure and to join a pool of high-potential future leaders.

 

English as a Second Language (ESL)

This free program helps team members communicate with more clarity and confidence. It includes entry-level English introduction and training for team members who have mastered basic language skills but need more support with the English language.

 

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ERGs connect team members with shared backgrounds or interests, fostering inclusion, professional growth, and a sense of community. These groups provide safe spaces for dialogue, cultural awareness, and leadership development across all levels of the organization.

 

LIFT Onboarding
