Originally from the United Kingdom, David started his international FM career as a welder’s apprentice over 35 years ago. He is well-versed in managing teams for fast mobilization, and the delicate strategies required of significant personnel transfer, with a commitment to open communication and transparency. He also understands the implications that health, safety, and environment have on cost efficiencies, employee retention and quality management services.

Kristin joined the ESFM finance team 15 years ago as a Sr. Financial Analyst. She now leads a team of 20 associates that includes procurement, database management and commercial solutions. Kristin has an MBA in Accounting and became a CPA in 2010.

Oliver joined ESFM as an hourly Mail, Shipping & Receiving Team Lead after immigrating to the United States from New Zealand. His 15 years of industry experience includes overseeing GMP and controlled environment cleaning for life science companies, in addition to serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a large, multi-sector Compass Group account.

For the past 20 years at Compass Group, Chris has designed systems and led teams that have provided foundational operations support, business growth and retention consult, and risk aversion. At ESFM he identifies opportunities for, and implements, national technology solutions and service efficiencies.

Lawyna brings nearly 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and laboratory manufacturing, with an extensive cGMP/GxP background. She’s held several positions at Compass Group including Regional Manager for Crothall Healthcare’s cleanroom division and serving as a member of the Infection Prevention Team. At ESFM she is leading ATP testing efforts and ensuring corporate and regulatory compliance across the business.

Russ has over three decades of security experience, including 25 years with the United States Secret Service as a special agent. Here he planned successful security for seven U.S. presidents and visiting world leaders. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Security Professionals Association, is an active member of ASIS International and the Association of Former Agents of the U.S. Secret Service. Russ was twice named to Security Magazine’s Security 500 Rankings.

Rusti was recently promoted to the National Director of Environment, Health & Safety after successfully supporting a national ESFM life science client for nearly 4 years. Rusti has 20 years of EH&S experience across FM, forest product and semi-conductor industries. Rusti is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

Shaun has over 30 years of leadership experience in FM, defense and hospitality industries. Originally from South Africa, Shaun joined Compass Group Australia in 1996. He now leads the ESFM Center of Excellence team, representing Quality Assurance, Vendor Compliance, Mobilization, and Business Standards & Practice. He has a lifelong passion for learning and is the curator of the Compass FM Learning Center and Library, accessible by all managers across healthcare, education and corporate services.

Andrea has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience, with a foundation in workplace wellness as a Registered Dietitian. Andrea joined Compass Group nearly 10 years ago and has been leading ESFM’s marketing, communication, and employee engagement programming since 2017. Her team received IFMA’s George Graves Award for Facilities Management Achievement in 2020 for the operational impact of the communications deployed through ESFM’s employee engagement app.
