Shining a Light on Service Excellence

ESFM team members are the quiet force behind the industries that shape our daily lives, creating clean, safe, welcoming and collaborative spaces where people can do their best work.
While their work is appreciated every day, each May we shine a spotlight on their impact, joining Compass Group USA in celebrating Services Appreciation Week.
Across the country, teams came together to recognize one another with games, treats and heartfelt shout-outs and a lot of well-deserved applause. ESFM’s leaders pitched in too, hosting celebrations, surprising teams with prizes, and honoring those who go above and beyond.
“This week is dedicated to honoring [ESFM team members’] hard work and commitment.”
As part of the celebration, ESFM President David Hogland presented six President’s Awards to individuals who consistently exceeded expectations, take pride in their work and create memorable experiences for their clients and teams every day.
