Meet Natacha Jacque, Senior Director, Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Natacha Jacque says she discovered a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) while working as an HR Business Partner for the Eurest (ESFM’s Compass Group sister sector) Eastern Division, understanding the impact it can make on business strategies and cultures and the lives of individuals. As Eurest and ESFM’s Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Natacha  will help forge the path for the next steps of our company’s DEI journey.

Natacha brings a distinctive perspective forged through her rich career spanning over two decades in human resources.

In 2021, Natacha began working for Compass Group North America as Director of DEI before rejoining Eurest (along with ESFM) in 2023.

In her role, Natacha works with our associate-led Diversity and Inclusion Action Council (DIAC), which leads initiatives including English as a Second Language (ESL) and Computer Literacy courses, along with company engagement and education activities.

Natacha’s leadership style is characterized by its versatility and creativity, qualities that extend beyond her professional life. Natacha is also a talented freelance writer and a music composer. These passions exemplify her innovative mindset and give us a glimpse into the creative strategies she brings to Eurest and ESFM’s DEI initiatives.
