Faces of Facilities: Melissa Grimes, Regional Vice President
ESFM Regional Vice President Melissa Grimes is a leader who inspires patience, perseverance and dedication as her team manages work in challenging environments. She supports life sciences pharmaceutical clients, overseeing over 25 campuses and more than 100 buildings. With a focus on mentorship, Grimes drives superior performance to exceed client expectations.
