Compass Group Named as One of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

Compass Group USA was again named one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity.

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine America’s Best Employers for Diversity by asking 60,000 survey participants to rate their organizations on criteria such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation equality, as well as overall diversity. Statista then asked respondents belonging to underrepresented groups to nominate organizations other than their own.

“Compass Group is simply the best because of our Associates,” added Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer, Compass Group North America. “The credit for these distinctions goes to our Associates who support our values by creating environments of belonging in every business we serve.”
