Compass Group USA Named One of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes

We are proud to announce Compass Group USA has once again been named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2023. This award is a testament to our commitment that each of our 280,000 Associates across the U.S. believes that they can have a career for life at Compass Group.

America’s Best Large Employers 2023 were identified in an independent survey taken by approximately 45,000 American employees working for companies with more than 5,000 employees. Participants were asked if they would recommend their employer to friends and family. The final list ranks the 500 large employers that received the most recommendations.

Compass Group USA has repeatedly been named to several Forbes employer awards, including Best Employer for Diversity, Best Employer for New Grads, Best Employer for Women and Best Large Employer, and together with Compass Group PLC was named One of the World’s Most Admired Companies by Fortune.
